Administration Division

   The functions of this division are to organize the official letters issued and received by the centers to and from all departments and colleges of the university. This division also works on creating a new system for electronic archiving in order to store all official letters (issued/received/external/internal) to be accurately and quickly retrieved. 

   The division also issues all university orders for computer competency courses, organizes certificates, and archives the personal files of the center’s employees on an ongoing basis. Besides, the division follows up the attendance and departure records of affiliates and their performance of their official duties. The administrative division also forms technical and administrative committees related to the center’s work. It follows up the work maintenance work in coordination with the computer maintenance unit. This division is divided into two sub divisions, which are:

1- Postal and administrative unit.

2- Printing unit.
