Workshop on the Exam Committee Management System

On Monday, 6/11/2017, the Electronic Computer Center at the University of Anbar held a workshop on the electronic exam mangment system that manages the students grades calculation and gives the final transcripts. The workshop was kicked off by Prof. Mushtaq Talib, Assistant President of the University for scientific affairs. After he welcomed the panelist, he talked about the role of information technology and its positive impact on the course of scientific and administrative movement in universities. The workshop, which was attended by the Director of the Student Affairs Department at the university and the heads of the scientific departments at the faculties, was led by Dr. Essam Taha Yassin, Director of the Information Technology Center. It is worth mentioning that this system was designed and built in the IT Center at the university by Mr. Alaa Abdul Qahar Jihad, who presented during the workshop a detailed presentation on the importance of the system and its mechanism of work. After that, the discussion on the system was opened and the observations of the heads of the scientific departments were listened to in order to enhance the system performance before it was approved it to be used by in the examination committees.
