The Center of Strategic Studies held the fourth seminar on Wednesday 20/12/2017 to discuss the topic of the research team (studying the evaluation of strategic plans for a sample of local councils in the districts of Anbar Province) headed by Dr. Eng. Thaer Shaker Mahmoud, Director of the Center, and the membership of Dr. Atheer Anwar Sharif and Assistant Lecturer Ahmad Diyaa Addin Salah Addin from the College of Administration and Economics and Assistant Lecturer Moanis Osama Diyaa Addin.
