The panel discussion was held on 26 of October 2016 entitled (Research- scientific integrity and publishing) presented by Prof. Dr. Tahrir N. Naif. It was made to clarify the mechanism of publishing in international journals recognized by the Iraq Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and by the University of Anbar. And related to the scientific and international publishing houses within the classification of Thomson Reuters for scientific and medical specialties. Moreover, it was clarified the mechanism of scientific upgrade and plagiarism.
