2. Effective participation in the study and planning of national projects in the field of land reclamation and development of desert areas in accordance with the directions of the State.
3. Study and follow up the manifestations of desertification and dust storms and propose appropriate means to reduce them and reduce their dangers
4. Organizing and implementing multi-purpose training programs at different levels for those interested in combating desertification, arid land cultivation and developing desert areas and their communities.
5. Interacting and responding to the requirements and needs of the Saharawi community to solve their problems and establish developmental models.
6. To pay attention to available natural resources such as medicinal plants and available mineral resources and to create investment opportunities.
