College of Education for Humanities Library

 Assist. Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Abdullah Ahmed, one of the figures of Baghdad University - College of Education Ibn Al Haytham, donated a large library that includes nearly (800) books to the College of Education for Humanities in appreciation of the college and its pioneering role in education, which includes valuable and rare collections of various types of knowledge over a period of 35 years. This generous initiative comes in solidarity with the library of the College of Education for Humanities, which was burned by ISIS and completely destroyed during the historical ordeal that the governorate and the university went through, and in loyalty to his honorable person for the college and its noble students and the university family.  It is worth noting that Assist. Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Abdullah Ahmed Al-Jameel has many products and participations on an Arab and international scale, and he provided contributions and research that were and still are of interest to those concerned in this wide field, and that his books testify to them with scientific sobriety based on facts that came through his keenness and historical follow-up, In addition, this generous initiative came at a time when it was absent Scientific literature and documents. The college authorized both Dr. Muthanna Ismail Turki and Instructor Omar Khalaf Rasheed to bring the library from Baghdad governorate. In turn, the faculty deanship, represented by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Taha Ibrahim Shabib, extends his thanks and high appreciation for this personality, hoping that this generous initiative will lead to good for all of us. Finally, he expressed his happiness for gifting him the library, from which all those interested in knowledge and knowledge of all kinds would benefit, stressing the scientific and cognitive role of the College in advancing its students and researchers.
