Workshop at the Department of English Language
A workshop entitled (Post-Colonial Hegemony in Chinus Achebe s Things Fall Apart) was held at the Department of English - College of Education for Humanities, on Monday 18/12/2017. It was attended by Prof. Jamal Hashim Ahmed, the Dean and his Asst. for Administrative Affairs Prof. Othman Abdul Aziz Salih in addition to a number of the Faculty Staff and students from the Department. The workshop was one of many others planned by the Department to enhance students' skills in English language and to to encourage them to think critically and upgrade their academic research approaches. The Dean has given his instructions for the organization of such workshops to promote the educational process in accordance to the international academic criteria so as to graduate a generation capable to meet all the difficulties of the present and face the challenges of the future.
