   The college aims to prepare specialists in the practice of legal professions in various fields of public employment. Also, it wants to prepare specialists to implement the provisions of the laws in force. As well as preparing highly qualified specialists in various branches of law, encouraging scientific research in the fields of legal study, and stimulating and developing the legislative movement in the country. The college also seeks to provide the appropriate scientific environment to encourage students to be creative in the various branches of legal sciences by adopting advanced academic methods and programs. the college has effective participation in spreading and developing levels of legal culture in society through lectures and seminars for specialists in the field of law for various state departments and governmental and non-governmental institutions.    In addition the college aims to prepare specialists who are qualified for research and analysis in the study of political science. The specialists have method of scientific thinking and the ability to academic research and investigation of scientific truth in the field of political thought, political systems, the third world and international studies. The college aims to prepare specialists to work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, universities, international and regional organizations, and jobs related to media, public relations, and the teaching of human rights and democracy. as well It is encouraging scientific research in the fields of political studies and providing scientific advice to relevant ministries and state departments, international and regional organizations, and civil society institutions.
