The Secretary-General of the Central Library, Assistant Professor Dr. Falah Dahham Rashid, participated in the discussion of his doctoral thesis in the College of Arts at Al-Mustansiriya University, specializing in information and libraries, entitled (Producing guiding models for research methods and their role in applied knowledge for university dissertations: Zakho University as a model), presented by the researcher (Fadia). Abdul Rahman Khaled), on Wednesday 9/20/2023, at Abdul Wahab Al-Wakil Hall.

The discussion committee, which was attended by the Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Issam Assal Hassan, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Lamia Kazem Muften, consisted of professors:
