Vision, mission, goals / pathology branch
- Vision - We hope to be on the top of the medical basic sciences because of the strong relationship of pathology with other clinical sciences. - Mission - Is to enable medical students to understand the basis of diseases with their complications & manifestations as well as correlation of these data with clinical courses in the next years. - Goals- 1. Make the department to be a center for achievement of specific diagnostic investigations like that of tumor researches, immunostains and hematology. 2. Teaching the fourth year medical students the principles of forensic medicine. 3. Enable the department to be a center for postgraduate studies in pathology. 4. Participates in diagnostic services and consultations in the major hospitals of the governorate.
