About the Center

The Renewable Energy Research Center was established in 2012. The Center consists of three main engineering departments: The Technology of Renewable Energy Department, the Control and Communications Systems Department, and the Electrical Power Systems Department. The main goals of the center are:

 * Supplying energy generation projects with research and applied studies and building practical models in the field of traditional and renewable energy of various kinds.

 * Effective participation and technical and advisory supervision in the implementation of practical projects for power generation.

 * Communication with local and international research centers to serve the research work in the field of specializations of the Center.
