The Renewable Energy Research Center participated in the Scientific Products Exhibition at the University of Baghdad.

The Renewable Energy Research Center at the University of Anbar took part in the Scientific Products Exhibition held at the University of Baghdad. In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the President of the University of Anbar. This exhibition took place on the sidelines of the Arab Universities meeting and Iraq's presidency of the Union for the first time in its history. The Arab Universities Union was established in 1950 with the aim of enhancing cooperation and coordination among Arab universities in the fields of education and scientific research. With the membership of more than 20 Arab countries represented in the Arab Universities Union, it contributes to promoting cultural and scientific exchange among member states.

Dr. Rabah Nouri Farhan, a lecturer at the Renewable Energy Research Center, presented an advanced electrical spinning system designed in collaboration with the College of Science - Chemistry Department, using computer control technology and digital control. The objective is to enhance the efficiency of the production process and control the quality of nanomembranes.

The innovative aspect lies in the adoption of the system using locally inexpensive materials, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and cost reduction. The system also succeeded in manufacturing high-quality nanomembranes using nanocellulose, a material of special importance in the field of nanotechnology.

These innovations contribute to strengthening the university's position as a leading center in scientific research and enhance its role in the development of sustainable technologies and renewable energy.
