      The College of Physical Education & Sports Sciences at the University of Anbar, represented by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Muwaffaq Asa'd Mahmood, its academic staff, its employees, and its students extend their best wishes and congratulations to the entire Iraqi people, our security forces of all their types and titles, and the free sons of Mosul and all those who participated in achieving the victory in the city of Mosul Al-Hadbaa.

      As we extend our congratulations to the Iraqi people and our armed forces, we congratulate the efforts of all those who contributed to this great victory and completely liberated our lands with various means of support and Allah blesses all Iraqis. Iraq lived united in all its forms and the mercy and immortality to our martyrs and the speedy recovery of our wounded heroes.

      We call on all sincere people to roll up their sleeves for reconstruction, each according to his position and we hope the quick return of the displaced people of Mosul to their homes.
