Prof. Dr. Muwaffaq Asaad Al-Heeti, Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the University of Anbar, and also the Master's student Ahmed Safwat obtained a patent from the General Organization for Standardization and Quality Control No. (5151) issued on 16/11/2017 for (the design and manufacture of a device to develop the muscular strength of the lower limbs). It is worth mentioning that it is the second patent obtained by Prof. Dr. Muwaffaq Asaad Mahmood during the last two years.

     On this occasion, we extend our sincere congratulations to the Prof. Dr. Muwaffaq Asaad Mahmood and his two students, and we congratulate them for their scientific efforts exerted, and we congratulate the College , University of Anbar, and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for this achievement. This achievement shows the correct scientific methodology for postgraduate studies in the college and its scientists and professors, and also it shows the outstanding efforts and the real following of the supervisors on the theses and dissertations of students and their original scientific topics which are characterized by modernity.
