The Deanship of the College of Physical Education and Sports Science at Anbar University organized a workshop on the performance appraisal of teachers on Monday, 20 January 2020, which the college’s teachers attended. The assistant professor, Dr. Hamid Hammad Khalaf, official of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division, was present at the workshop. The most important weaknesses and strengths and the mechanism for raising the level of performance for the coming years were discussed. The focus of the research and scientific activity of the teaching was emphasized as being the most important axis in the evaluation process and raising the college level.
