  Within the framework of the scientific curriculum followed by the College of Computer Science and Information Technology and under the patronage of the Dean of the College (Prof. Dr. Salah Awad Salman), the Educational and Psychological Guidance Unit, in cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment Unit in the College, held a scientific symposium

 Titled

 (Electronic drugs and their consequences in Sharia and law)

 The symposium addressed three important axes. The first axis: It included the definition of drugs and their impact on society, the types of drugs and the most common ones, and how a family knows that they have a drug addict.

 The second axis included: the harm caused by drug abuse to humans, the most important disease symptoms, treatment methods, how to deal with the addict, ways to prevent this dangerous scourge, and the social classes most affected by drugs.

 The third axis: An ethical lecture on addiction and its impact on this worldly and hereafter, and the necessity for a person to commit to the highest goal of his existence in life, which is to establish religion, preserve heavenly values ??and morals, and stay away from and fight everything that causes people to stay away from them. Drug addiction is one of the most dangerous diseases and scourges that destroy a person and make him legitimate.  Destruction of society. Finally, the issue was addressed from a legal point of view.
