Sensory evaluation of fortified biscuits

With  presence of  Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abd, College  of Agriculture Dean,  Academic staff and postgraduate students with experience in food evaluation, an evaluated for several types of biscuits produced in  Food Sciences Department was conducted to master’s student Hudhayfa Ismail salih.

His project tagged (improving nutritional value of manufactured biscuits by adding seeds of some plants and study of physicochemical and sensory properties) supervision by Assist. Prof. Dr. Noor Jumaa Fahdil, Assist. Prof. Dr.  Saad Ibrahim YOUSIF. This activity comes within memorandum of understanding signed between the College of Agriculture / University of Anbar and the College of Agriculture / University of Tikrit in the scientific cooperation between two universities.
