The department of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture at Anbar University organised a seminar entitled as (The effect of the type of pollination on the genetic traits and the life performance of the honey bee strains, Apis melifera) in which Lec. Waad Hamoudi Awaad, a lecturer at the Plant Protection Department/ University of Anbar.
The lecturer reviewed the natural insemination of honey bee queens, the advantages, disadvantages and obstacles, artificial insemination and the use of modern devices in pollination of queens, its advantages, limitations and obstacles.
