According to the principal of the scientific cooperation between Iraqi Agricultural colleges in all scientific aspects, Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Al Asafi, the dean of Agriculture college - university of Anbar and Prof. Dr. Thamir Karim Khadir, the dean of Agriculture college - university of Karbala signed an agreement memorandum to support the cooperation between the two sides. Prof. Dr. Al Asafi explained that the contribution of the teaching staff of both sides in scientific discussions either A.M or Ph. D. in addition to the involved supervision of post graduated to both sides. On the other side, Prof. Dr. Khadir showed that the signature of such agreements which include supporting coordination of exchanging scientific visits and holding conferences, seminars and workshops which aim at developing society from one side .
