Under the patronage of the President of the University of Anbar, Dr. Khalid Batal, the respected star and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Oweid Ghadir Al-Obaidi, a member of the Bielogic incubator of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the participation of Diyala University. The field of sugar cane cultivation, which is one of the important strategic and industrial crops, which has recently been introduced to Iraq, where the conditions of Anbar province are ideal and environmental conditions for the cultivation of this crop.
