According to the instructions of Ministry of higher education and scientific research to give cultural lectures to the post gratuated students for the preparing year, college of Agriculture give a cultural lecture entitled “Scientific lectures " using Google Hangouts Meet presented by Assist.  Prof. Salwan Mahmoud Abdual Latif, the instructor at the department of Animal Production and the responsible of scientific magazines unit / university of Anbar

* At the beginning, the lecturer explains the meaning of scientific research and who to write it.

* He insisted on the necessity of following the logical steps to write a scientific research

* He mentioned the factors that could make the research rejected.

* Finally, he asserted to concentrate on writing a reliable researches to develop the level of Iraqi education.
