The central committee of examination in cooperation with the committee of electronic education at our college held a workshop throughout Google Hangouts Meet a workshop entitled “Techniques of making exam throughout google meet” participating in it a great number of Iraqi researchers and teaching staffs.

* The workshop aims at explaining how to prepare an electronic examination according to the instructions of the ministry of higher education and scientific research which were come to us throughout the university presidency 

* The workshop presented by Assist Prof Ayoub Obaid Mohammed and Assist Prof Salwan Mahmoud Abdul latif included how to put an ideal questions by Word programs and steps of preparing the electronic examination in addition to how to get the final results.

* The recommendations of the workshop:

Obligation of the instructions concerning of the questions formula and its numbers, the marks of every question,

Asserting on comprehensive and clear questions, insisting on following the examination instructions by the students, using the university e-mail and make sure of its effect before sending the exam invitations and finally to be sure of receiving the students answers before giving permissions to leave exam hall.
