The department was established in the academic year 2009/2008. The department witnessed a qualitative and quantitative development in terms of the number of students admitted, graduates, teaching staff and certificates granted by the department. The department has a large number of scientific and research publications. The department has made many valuable contributions to the community service, studying problems and media phenomena and developing successful solutions through training courses, workshops and field work at the college, university and journalistic and media institutions.
