Vision and Mission

Arabic Language Department

The Department of Arabic Language is one of the departments of College of Basic Education - Haditha / University of Anbar, established in 2012-2013. The department has graduated four courses so far.

    Evening study was introduced in the department in 2017-2018.

Department's vision, mission and goals:

The vision:

      Our vision for the Department of Arabic Language is to be able to keep cope with the latest scientific and practical technologies in the field of Arabic Language and provide the society with qualified graduates who are able to teach and prepare the community for the  advancement of the educational process in the field of the Arabic language.

The message:

        The Department of the Arabic Language seeks to graduate university-educated teachers who are fully aware all the vocabulary of the Arabic language, and to prepare graduate students to engage in graduate studies in Arabic Language Sciences in Iraqi universities and their various colleges.

Objectives and output:

       The main goal of the department is to provide the community with human potentials and staff working in various learning and educational fields through:

1- Graduating  teachers of Arabic language subject with high level qualifications, who are  able to update the basic infrastructure in the field of Arabic language.

2- Providing the labor fields with the needs of graduates from the department.

3- Encouraging scientific research in language and literature and employing modern technologies to serve applied research.

 4- Developing the educational process and ensuring exchange of experiences with relevant institutions.

5- Improving the level of performance in the spelling rules.

6- Seeking to develop language communication skills and raise the level of graduates (in reading, writing, listening and speaking skills).
