About the center The Electronic Computer Center is one of the service centers at the University of Anbar, which works to provide electronic services to all university formations in particular and various institutions and department of society in the governorate in general. Since its foundation in 2007, the Center has pursued its objectives in developing a distinct information society capable of using modern computer technologies and applications in the fields of education, scientific research and community service. The center was keen to develop computer skills and provide technical and technological services in the field of specialization to university students and members through the establishment of many training courses and workshops in the field of computer and information technology. In addition to his keenness to strengthen the frameworks of cooperation and build bridges of communication between the university and the outside community and the institutions and departments of the state through the exchange of scientific and academic expertise in the fields of research and practical and the provision of technological services that contribute to solving the problems facing them. As a result of the rapid and tremendous development in the field of information technology that the world has witnessed today, the Electronic Computer Center has harnessed this tremendous and rapid development in the service of education from the use of computers and smart blackboards to smart university and virtual lessons that enable students and teachers to share and share information among themselves, and on the other hand with students and academics in other scientific institutions from around the world, which has had a positive and clear impact on The performance of scientific departments in all colleges and the advanced levels of success achieved by university students in their course even in the most difficult circumstances such as the Corona pandemic and the accompanying rapid shift from the in person education to e-education.
