Administration Section :

 

  The functions of this department are to organize the offical letters issuing and received by the Centers to and from the departments and colleges of the whole university. This Unit works on a new system for electronic archiving in order to keep all official letters (issued / received / external / internal) and accurately and as quickly as possible retriving any letter. This unit is divided into two sub units which are:

1- Postal and administrative unit.

2- Printing unit.
