His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research inaugurates the Computer Center building

His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul-Saheb, accompanied by the Honorable President of the University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Taleb Al-Nada, inaugurated the Computer Center attached building at the University of Anbar on Sunday, 1-8-2021. The building was completely destroyed by the terrorist and criminal operations that the governorate in general and the university in particular witnessed. Today, the Computer Center at the University of Anbar rises again to perform its work in providing electronic and technical services to university students and employees and for other institutions in Anbar Province. During the opening ceremony, His Excellency the Minister was briefed on a documentary video produced by the Computer Center staff. The video narrates the story of the center's journey from destruction to reconstruction. The Director of the Electronic Computer Center, Asst. Prof. Dr. Essam Taha Yassin, explained that with the return of the Computer Center, the University of Anbar stands today on a broad and solid technological ground that enables it to perform its scientific and academic mission to the fullest. At the conclusion of the visit, His Excellency the Honorable Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research commended the valuable efforts made by the center's employees for the reconstruction of the center, praying to God Almighty for success and prosperity for all.
