The Center consists of:
1. University of Anbar President- Board Chairman
2. Director of the Center- Vice-Chairman
3. Representative of Anbar Governorate Council
4. Heads of the center's academic departments
Duties of the Board of Directors:
1. Develop an action plan for the center and its all-over annual activities
2. Terming annual research projects
3. Contacting official and external authorities to propose joint projects and secure support to execute such projects
4. Make Recommendations to the university on heads of academic departments selections .
