Vision:

(The Pathway to Progress and Construction is Through Scientific Research).

Message:

Activating the position of scientific research in assisting the construction and development process as one of the prerequisites for the improvement of nations and enhancing the role of universities in constructing society.

The Center's Broad Objectives:

1.    Expanding to research centers in Iraqi universities, surrounding nations, and the rest of the world by connecting the center with digital libraries to supply it with scientific and historical information and developing cultural links, studies, and seminars with these centers.

2.    Strengthening ties between the university and Iraq's developmental, economic, and human institutions.

3.    Collaborative cooperation with scholars inside and outside Iraq to investigate environmental, economic, social and political problems and to propose appropriate solutions to them.

4.    Supporting decision-makers and related authorities with advice.

5.    Carrying out studies and research on security-related topics, strengthening methods of political stability, and important current international challenges.

Specific Objectives of the Center:

1-   Drawing attention to the Governorate of Anbar's contributions to Arab civilization as the first capital of the Bani Al-Abbas and the source of Arabic calligraphy, schools of reading, Prophet Muhammad's Haditha, and numerous sciences.

2-   Highlighting the province's strategic significance in view of its current role in maintaining Iraq's unity and cohesiveness in light of the current circumstances the country and the region are facing.

3-   Activating the University of Anbar's contribution to the development of Iraq in general and Anbar in particular by connecting the university's scientific and human research output to society and transforming its researchers' scientific work into a tangible reality in people's lives, given the university's role as a whole that goes beyond merely supplying society with qualified scientific personnel with a range of specializations.

4-   Creating the Encyclopedia of Al-Anbar Culture through the Ages in a variety of humanities and pure sciences.

5-   Producing research and consultations to further political, cultural, and intellectual development in Iraq.
