Under the direct guidance of the President of University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Taleb Saleh Al-Neda, and after completing the third study in a series of five strategic COVID-19 studies titled (The COVID-19 Pandemic between Repercussions and Solutions: A Planning, Economic, and Administrative Study (Iraq as a Model).
