Under the patronage of the Honorable President of the University of Anbar (Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Taleb Al-Nada) and under the supervision of the Honorable Assistant to the President of the University for Administrative Affairs (Prof. Atheer Anwar Sharif), the esteemed College of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology participated in the University of Anbar Chess Championship held by the Student Activities Department at the University of Anbar On Tuesday, November 16, 2021. 12 colleges from among the university's colleges participated in this tournament, with 44 male and female students representing their colleges.

Our college was represented by a number of its students who represented it the best, which resulted in the college obtaining the second, third and fourth positions at the university level, and the results were as follows:

Second place: Russell Imad Nafeh - Department of Computer Science - Third Stage

Third place: Rahma Ghazi Faisal - Information Systems Department - Third Phase

Fourth place: Kawthar Abdel Hadi - Information Systems Department - Third Phase
