In continuity with the successes achieved by the University of Anbar at the global level in international rankings, the most important of which is the famous British Times Rankings (THE World University Rankings) and its high ranking among international universities. Today, for the second time, the University of Anbar enters this world ranking strongly through the Times Classification of Subjects (THE World University Rankings by Subject), as the Computer Science major has ranked (401-500) globally and first in Iraq.

These important achievements were achieved by the university through following the plans of the university presidency based on prior scientific studies and analyzes that were prepared. Therefore, entering into this classification through these specializations is a direct result of the university's plans in the fields of education and scientific research.

On this occasion, the President of the University, the respected Prof. Dr. (Mushtaq Taleb Al-Nada), congratulated all the university’s employees for the University of Anbar’s attainment of these advanced ranks in the important scientific disciplines and urged researchers in these specializations to continue the scientific effort and to adopt scientific research that depends on modern technology. In other disciplines, it aims to intensify scientific research work, which contributes to highlighting the university’s global identity in all disciplines. He also congratulated our college for obtaining the first rank in Iraq and internationally, 401-500. With this good news, he extends to the College the highest words of gratitude for these efforts, which bore fruit in honesty and struggle.
