| Understanding memorandum between HEBDC and CITA scientific research center in Spain |
The Faculty of Agriculture, the Development Center of the Upper Euphrates Basin and the Desert Studies Center of Anbar University signed a memorandum of understanding for scientific cooperation with the Agrifood Research and Technology Center in the Aragon province of Spain (cita). The University of Anbar, representatives were; the scientific assistant of the University President. Essam al-Hadithi, professor Dr.. Essam Mohammed Abdel Hamid, Director of the Center and Dr. Adil Khairallah Al-Rawi, representing the Faculty of Agriculture. The Spanish side, Director of the SITA Center, Professor José Vicente Lacasa Azior. The memorandum included several paragraphs: exchange of scientific experiences, visits and publications, application of scientific and dissemination projects, and participation in conferences, seminars, workshops and training between the two sides.
