The Development Center of the Higher Euphrates Basin, in cooperation with the Center for Strategic Studies, held its annual symposium on the occasion of World Water Day on the Blue Hall at the college of Engineering on Monday, 10/12/2013, entitled "Manufacturing and Development in the Upper Euphrates Basin". The symposium involved several researches, thoughts, and scientific papers in the field of manufacturing and development in Upper Euphrates basin cities. |
