          According to administrative letter numbered: 3/7/144 in 3^rd March, 2019 issued by the scientific affairs of the College of Engineering / University of Basrah decided to form a discussion committee doctoral dissertation titled:

(Flow modeling and drift of the beds using fluid kinetic calculations)

      Prepared by the student: (Heba Ali Abbas) Department of Civil Engineering at the college of Engineering / University of Basrah headed by Prof. Dr. Isam Mohammed Abdul Hameed, director of our research center, which was held on Wednesday, 17^th April, 2019 at 9 o'clock in the morning and the Hall of Higher Studies in the College.
