Units

 Planning Unit:

     The unit of planning and follow-up of the units accredited in the organizational and administrative structure in the universities, colleges and institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and have direct contact with the Dean's assistant for scientific affairs and postgraduate studies.

The unit of planning and follow-up plays an important role in the administrative work process through the work of statistics and the development of future plans for the development of administrative work. The most important activities of the Planning and Follow-up Unit are:

(Annual statistics, Semester activity, annual achievement index, setting the report of the reality of the operating movement, submitting monthly reports to the university presidency on combating corruption, in addition to monitoring the changes that occur in the college at the academic and administrative level and updating the information continuously).

Cultural Relations Unit:

     The Unit for Cultural Relations is one of the accredited units in the organizational and administrative structure of the universities, colleges and institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and has direct contact with the Dean's assistant for scientific affairs and postgraduate studies. Among the most important activities of the Cultural Relations Unit are the follow-up of the teaching and staff of the College inside and outside Iraq to take-part in conferences, courses and seminars related to the development of the higher education and scientific research.

 Continuing Education Unit:

1-Receipt of the plan prepared by the scientific departments for the establishment of continuing education activities.

2-Implementation of continuing education programs prepared by the scientific departments and approved by the College Council.

3-Preparation and follow-up of correspondence on the implementation of training programs for students.

4-Preparing reports on the grades of the trainees and submitting them to the College Council for approval and distribution.

5-Follow up the program of scientific visits to students in government institutions.

6-Issue direct letters and contact with academic staff members who have courses outside the college.

7-Issuing graduation certificates for members who completed the courses at the college after passing the test for successfully passing the course.

Unit Sports Activity:

     The Department of Sports Activity is one of the important sections which must be taken care and one of the most important objectives is to instill and consolidate the correct concepts of physical education and sports activity as well as awareness and sports culture among the university students and encouraging them to raise their physical abilities and skills by exploiting their free time by practicing various sports activities.

Academic support and guidance unit:

     The Academic Guidance Unit seeks to provide a variety of counseling services to students to meet their academic needs. The unit provides extension services that aim to help students develop different aspects of their personalities and increase their skills in dealing with the various difficulties during their studies which may negatively affect their academic performance and their continuation in the university. The Academic Advising Unit is also interested in strengthening cooperation with the colleges of the university to provide a distinctive quality of services that support the educational process.

Registration Unit:

This unit is responsible for following up:

1-Acceptance of students with all channels.

2-Student movement and hosting and amend their candidacy according to the minimum limits of admission and according to what qualify them competitive rates in the year of admission.

3-Follow up the registration of students and supervise the completion of their personal files.

4-Follow-up to everything related to the student.

Certificates Unit:

1-Completion of graduating student's certificates from the college after their examination based on the university orders for graduation.

2-The validity of the issuance of graduate students' documents in the validity of the issuance

3-Follow up the academic documents for students admitted to the college.

4-Guidance on the need to adhere to the times determined by the university for the purpose of auditing documents for the preparatory study of students admitted centrally at the college.

5-Registration of outgoing and incoming mail to the Division, provided that the work is organized and salary.

6-Issuing administrative orders to start students and all stages of the college.

 Student Affairs Unit:

1-Supervising the registration process of students whose names appear in the Central Admission Scheme issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research annually.

2-To create a database of admission of students accepted centrally and students transferred from other colleges and re-nomination and hosting and remarriage.

3-Preparing the statistics in the number of students annually.

4-Providing students graduating from the college with graduation documents (graduation document at the average - graduation document in degrees translated and in Arabic).

5- Issuing IDs for students who are continuous.

6-Preserving and archiving files of students who are continuous and graduate.

  Laboratory Accreditation Unit:

1- Monitoring and auditing laboratory specifications with the requirements of the approved standards.

2- Determine the technical specifications of the equipment and equipment and its coding and documentation of data in coordination by the laboratory officials with laboratories at the university and other universities.

3- Follow up the implementation of calibration programs for equipment and equipment with the relevant authorities.

4- Coordination for the opening of programmed courses for the training of laboratory personnel according to the terms of reference in accordance with international standards and national standards.

5- Coordinating with the Laboratory Accreditation Section at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Scientific Supervision and Evaluation System to develop and improve laboratory performance to achieve the accreditation of laboratories by one of the specialized and related authorities.

6- Nomination of the quality officer in each laboratory according to specialization at the university level.

7-Take the necessary steps to activate the procedures and requirements determined by the laboratory accreditation team in the field.

8-Coordinate with the relevant authorities in the country to open specialized courses to graduate cadres of auditors and examine the quality of laboratory accreditation.

Accounts Unit:

1- Holding the exchange documents, determining the required tools, organizing the exchange documents and specifying them according to the unified accounting system.

2- Organizing the documents of arrest and sending them in the records of the Fund and matching them.

3- Deposit of the amounts received through the organization of a deposit at the exchange deal with him and within the special account of the College.

4- Keeping records of salaries of employees and teachers and the number of monthly payroll lists and migrate them to the calculator.

5- Preparing the various deduction statements that fall within the responsibility of the employees of the other departments.

6- Keeping the record of expenses and the daily record of the public through the transfer of documents on exchange.

7- Prepare the monthly audit balance (list of expenses, income list, and bank statement, paid instruments).

8- Preparation of final accounts at the end of each financial year.

9- Conducting various financial analyzes for the purpose of matching and extracting data, especially liquidity analysis.

 Maintenance and Services Unit:

     The department is responsible for the maintenance and provision of services to all components of the university, which includes all civil, mechanical, electrical, agricultural and service works for the university buildings, streets and alleys.

Stores Unit:

1- Receiving materials from furniture, equipment, materials, maintenance, stationery, etc., and placing them in the warehouse allocated to them after classification process and classification according to the type and type of each article

2-Processing the departments and units in the college and according to the requests submitted to the warehouse unit after approval by the Dean.

3-The entry of the materials installed in the Fundamental Arrivals after being purchased by the Procurement Committee and approved by the Dean.

4- Deletion of the units and sections and then they are transferred to the migration records.
