Vision , Mission & Objectives of the College of Education for Humanities Vision: Leadership in the field of academic education and scientific research to achieve creativity in humanities through openness and communication with local and international colleges, research institutions and community organizations. Mission: Excellence in the provision of scientific assistance through the integration of quality assurance, academic accreditation and continuous development of the social and research system to keep pace with the scientific and technical development so as to create affirmative changes in Iraqi society. Objectives: 1- Ggraduation of school teachers equipped with knowledge in the disciplines of geography, history, Arabic language, English language, educational and psychological sciences and Qur’an science, besides encouraging the outstanding students to pursue higher education in the College and abroad. 2- Upgrading of the scientific and professional skills of the faculty members, administration staff and the students through the training in the scientific and training centres at the College. 3- Establishment of strong links amongst the College Departments and other similar colleges and the reinforcement of the relationships with the Ministry of Education, which invests the graduate of the College in the intermediate, secondary schools and the teachers institution.
4- Statement of the human scope for the mission carried out by the College and its Departments in terms of scientific, educational and moral aspects.
