 The symposium aims to emphasize that studying history makes a person more aware of other cultures, by examining different cultures; Where he can better understand and accept the behavior of different peoples. In addition, the importance of studying history lies in the fact that it is one of the most important elements on which any society relies in its development or decline, and because history has a close relationship with various sciences. The symposium was attended by a large number of good professors and students. After the end of the symposium, the attendees were allowed to ask questions and interventions. The attendees asked number of questions that were answered by lecturers. In conclusion, everyone thanked the efforts of the University of Anbar, the College of Education for Human Sciences, and especially the Department of History for providing the opportunity to exchange ideas between professors and attendees, and they stressed the need for communication, in order to re-work on holding other scientific meetings and seminars.
