A Completion of a Scientific Study

At the instructions of both the University president’s scientific assistant, Assist. prof. Muthanna Mohammed Awad, and the Dean of the college of education for human sciences, Assist. Prof. Taha Ibrahim Shabeeb, to the necessity of supporting the policy of our college in opening up to the society and introducing the services, the instructors and professors in our college have completed the scientific study entitled (The Role of the Educational Institutions in introducing the Social Support to People with Special Needs Especially the hearing impaired and Visually impaired persons).  This study will be published in the Journal of psychological researches within the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.  The Institution of Labor and Social Affairs-The Department of the Welfare of the Persons with Special Needs    has warmly accepted this study for its scientific and ethical interests to the society and the educational institutions in Anbar province.   Moreover, the Dean Of our college has averred that any work that is directed to serve the community during this difficult period to the persons with special needs and their families will be supported by our college in various ways especially training the teachers of the educational institutions for the persons with special needs weather inside the buildings of their institutions or in the buildings of our college. Additionally,   the Dean has suggested training the persons with special needs by providing courses, seminars and workshops to serve them and their families, and to upgrade works for gaining their rights. As regards those who are interested in training the persons with special needs, those works will deepen their knowledge,  increase their number, and, consequently, lay the foundations of introducing them to community. Within the framework of joint cooperation, the Dean of the College has sent a  thank -you note to Mrs. Hanan Awdah  Abdullah - Director of the Department of Welfare of People with Special Needs, and the research team consisting of the College Instructors (Assistant Prof. Dr. Hamid Shahir Farhan, Insreuctor Omar Khalaf Rasheed and Assistant Instructor Salam Sabbar Malik) and the supporting team of Al-Amal Institute for the Deaf and Al-Noor Institute for the Blind, for their distinguished role in completing the study, opening up space for engagement between the governance's institutions, and activating the university’s strategy in scientific studies that serve the community
