With the blessings of Allah, a seminar was offered by Dr. Hashim Rajab, an instructor in Tafseer department, as part of the requirements to promote to assistant professor. Prof. Dr. Akram Obaid Fraih and the teaching staff of Islamic Sciences College attended the seminar. Dr. Rasmi praised the performance of the participants of the seminar.
