Faculty of Law / Ramadi in the begining was established as a department within the Faculty of Administration and Economics which was a nucleus of the College in 2000-2001 in implementation of Recommendation No. 12 taken at the meeting of the Eighth Opinion Authority of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on 8/6/2000. After taking the reasons of growth and development of human and material requirements and curriculum so this department was able to carry out its scientific and administrative responsibilities, which enabled the department to be an independent faculty in accordance with decision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 9397 on 10/8/2002 Former republic). And then developed the college and split itself into two parts, one in Ramadi which represents two-thirds of the teaching staff and students according to the population precentage in the province and the other in Fallujah under the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 5 and 111 on 28/2/2004. After that they became A separate colleges in Ramadi and another in Falluja under Ministerial Order N ° 3/3195 on 5/7/2006. Thus, our college opened the graduate studies under the Ministerial Order No. 3527 on 24/8/2008. Also the Legal Advisory Office of the College has been established under the Ministerial Order No. 12/36 on 5/1/2010. |
