1-Division of Quality Assurance and University Performance

       The Quality Assurance and University Performance Division established in the College of Law and Political Science in 2008. It links in terms of the organizational structure to the Dean’s office. It was called at the beginning of the establishment the University Performance Committee. The Quality Assurance Division seeks to ensure that the Faculty of Law and Political Science distinguishes between faculties in the quality of higher education and scientific research, its scientific and creative performance, and its role in ensuring a safe legal society. also, It try to create inspiring department to ensure quality and university performance, disseminates the quality of higher education and scientific research in the college. moreover, it seeks to highlights the values ??and principles of the college that govern and direct the behavior and actions of the college community and its relationship with others, as the college leadership works to instill them as slogans and work traditions. The Quality Assurance Division aims to provide the infrastructure for incubators for cognitive, intellectual and innovation creativity. Also, it seeks to achieve a role model in quality assurance and university performance in the college , developing national standards for the quality of education and scientific research and working on developing and adopting work ethics in the college.

2- The Registration and Student Affairs Division

     The Registration and Student Affairs Division was created with the establishment of the College of Law and Political Science at Anbar University. The Registration Division consists of three units: the Law Department Registration Unit, the Political Science Department Registration Unit, and the Documents and Certificates Unit. the Registration Division has several tasks such as:

1- Receiving new students who are accepted centrally and who are applying for admission to the evening study, according to the instructions issued by the Ministry and the University for each year.

2- Checking the documents of accepted students by forming a document audit committee and addressing the university upon discovering any error or forgery to take the necessary legal measures.

3- Preparing lists of successful students in the first and second round of fourth grade students, in addition to preparing the grades card for each student for the purpose of issuing university orders to graduates for each academic year.

4- Providing graduating students with graduation documents, murals and letters of support for the purpose of appointment and completion of studies.

5- Checking the validity of issuance of the graduation documents issued by our college to limit the cases of forgery and tampering that occur in the documents and inform the concerned authorities to take the necessary legal measures.

6- Preparing statistics data for students who are accepted and who are already registered, who participated in the final exams, the success rates, the students whose nominations have been modified, and the hosts and those transferred to and from the college.

      The Media Division is one of the important units in the College of Law and Political Science. It is responsible for spreading cultural and scientific awareness among academia and students. It considers the true facade of the college and the mirror reflecting all its activities. Also, it seeks to spread of the role and mission of the college, and strive to build a positive image of the college among the internal and external public. In addition, it publishes all news and announcements related to the college and facilitate the task of media professionals and journalists to obtain information related to the college. The Media Division responsible to Interact with the community and meet its needs for accurate statistical information and facts, communicate with the media to disseminate the college's message and the services it provides to the community, and organize meetings and press conferences for college officials. Also, it responsible to follow-up of public opinion trends about the various activities and achievements of the college, preparing and issuing bulletins related to the achievements and events of the college and distributing them inside and outside the college, make media documentation of all college activities and sporting the college and departments in the implementation of events and conferences.
