Holding training in the central library:
The Central Library held training in the central library hall.
These courses included the staff of the Central Public Library in Ramadi. These training are:
1- Information services
2- Technical organization and automated services
3- Cataloging and classification
4- Indexing of Manuscripts
5- Technical procedures
Participation in courses:
Central Library employees participated in many courses held at University of Anbar and other universities, as shown below:
1. The participation of (4) four employees in the course (creating electronic catalogs using the winisis system) held at the University of Baghdad, and they obtained the first four ranks at the level of the Iraqi universities participating in that course. .
2. The participation of four employees in the course (Practical Application of Modern Cataloging) held at the University of Baghdad.
3. Participation of an employee from the Central Library in the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Anbar in a course to develop English language skills.
6. The participation of employees from the Central Library in the course (electronic and digital libraries) at the University of Baghdad.
8. Three (3) employees were sent to the Ministry of Culture / House of Books and Documents to participate in the (Building Digital and Electronic Libraries) course.
Book fairs:
For this year, the Central Library, in cooperation with publishing houses and libraries (4), held four book fairs on the Central Library Hall, which included all scientific and human specializations, as shown below:
1. Holding a book fair, in cooperation with the Nabil Library, and on the central library hall. The exhibition included scientific and humanitarian disciplines.
2. Holding a book fair, in cooperation with Dar Al-Raed for Publishing and Distribution, and in the Central Library Hall, which included all scientific and humanitarian specializations.
3. A book fair was held, in cooperation with Abdullah Library for Publishing and Distribution, and in the central library hall, which included all scientific and humanitarian specializations.
4. The Central Library, in cooperation with Dijla Publishing and Distribution House, held a book exhibition on the occasion of the twenty-third anniversary of the founding of the University of Anbar. The exhibition included all scientific and humanitarian disciplines.
