 Legal affairs unit

* Unit structure:

The unit consists of only one employee

* Job title: Legal.

* Certificate: Bachelor of Law.

* Position: Unit Administrator.

* Main tasks:

1.Providing legal opinion, advice and answer queries as well as legal advice received from departments and units in the college.

2.Representing the College before courts through consultation with the Legal affairs Department of the University.

3.Formulating and organizing contracts and issues related to the college.

4. Organizing the tenders for the rental of college properties such as (club, kiosk, parking lot).

5. Carrying out all related works between the institution and its employees.

6.Membership in the investigative committees to consider the problems that occur in the College and make recommendations to the Dean.

7.Participating in the investigative records for the staff and students.

 

* Additional tasks:

# Performing the work assigned to them by the Deanship as additional work such as participation in committees and etc.. .

* Performance skills:

   1. Knowledge of laws related to higher education, state employees and others.

 2. Knowledge of archiving systems, and archiving documents.

3.Knowledge of the essentials of simple management.

 4. Expert in computer use.
