Scientific Affairs Unit

* Unit Structure:

The unit consists of only one employee.

* Job designation: faculty member (lecturer).

* Position: Unit Administrator.

* Main Tasks:

1. Answering the official letters and provide the university presidency with all the information and statistics of the college.

2 .Preparing the plan of scholarships and study-leaves for the faculty members.

 3.Preparing the research plan in the college according to an electronic program that includes planned, completed and published researches.

* Additional tasks:

1.A faculty member in the college.

 2.To do some of the tasks assigned to them by the Deanship such as membership of some committees.

* performance skills:

1. Knowledge of laws and instructions related to work.

2.Knowledge of the fundamentals of modern management.

3. expert of computer use.

 

4.Knowledge of archiving systems.
