College vision:

 The mission of the college:

     Excellence in providing quality specialized scientific knowledge service in the administrative, economic and accounting fields by emphasizing the aspects of learning, education and scientific research, through graduating qualified human cadres intellectually and behaviorally and actively contributing theoretical and applied studies to support the aspirations of society's institutions in achieving their goals and supporting the national vision in reform, development and development.  

 Strategic objectives:

       1-providing the institutions of society with scientifically and behaviorally qualified cadres in administrative, economic and accounting specialties from holders of primary and higher certificates.

      2-developing the specialized scientific and research capabilities of the teaching and career staff to reach the advantage of the learned organization.

      3-raising the level of job performance skills in the government departments, the private sector and other sectors in related fields and qualifying them scientifically and professionally
