 Units and divisions of the college


First: Legal Unit
This unit will follow the legal affairs of the college and discipline and follow up the legal contracts and commissions of inquiry and discipline and guarantees and undertakings of all kinds and follow up any updates or instructions issued by the university or the ministry in respect of employees of the college or students.
 
Second: Administrative unit
This unit provides administrative services of all kinds. They are responsible for issuing the appointment, the promotion and the follow up and implementing the various duties, including organizing the staff and staff files, observing their functional entitlements, and following up on the university books and the ministry within the required dates.
 
Third: Financial Unit
The unit undertakes the tasks related to the financial aspects of college affairs, the annual budget, the completion of tuition fees, the implementation of exchange orders, participation in the work of the committees of sale, contracting, leasing and purchase, and the provision of financial liquidity for the completion of college projects and the disbursement of salaries of teaching and administrative staff. Fourth: Planning and Follow-up Unit
 The task of this unit is to collect data and statistics related to the academic, functional and material staff available at the College through the issuance of quarterly and annual reports and the preparation of university statistics and research plans for teaching staff.
 
Fifth: The warehouse unit.

 The warehouse unit has the following tasks:

· Receiving, processing, organizing and controlling storage materials to keep their flow smooth.

· Preserving the stock of different types of stationery and miscellaneous furniture Storage of accessories and consumables.

· The entry of materials purchased from the markets or received from the university's warehouses and documented in the relevant records.

· The output of the materials on the units and units of the faculty and according to the need for each unit.

· The unit undertakes the process of destroying the surplus and surplus materials and organizing them with lists and sending them to the concerned authorities at the university.

Sixth: Public relations and media unit.

 The Media Unit undertakes the following tasks:

· To cover the activities of the college scientific, administrative and technical, to be a link with the media department in the presidency of the university and other media in the community.

· Participating in the preparation of the various college manual with the planning and follow-up unit.

· Coordinating with the specialists in the college by organizing and developing the website of the electronic college and providing it with the necessary information.

· Preserving and archiving the activities of the college and documenting them for information purposes serves the educational process of the college and its social and scientific status among the colleges and the different scientific institutions.

 

Seventh: Maintenance and Service Unit

 The functions of this unit include job descriptions below:

Maintenance of all types, requirements and components of fixed assets in the college, including maintenance of the building in terms of electrical and water installations, sewage installations, maintenance of the devices, and maintenance of the gardens.

Provide services, including continuous work in order to show the faculty in a proper way, through follow-up and supervision of cleaning the buildings and offices of the college to improve the college to the level required in the performance of the service and administrative.

 
Eighth: Scientific Unit
This unit will follow up the scientific affairs of the college as well as follow up the affairs of scientific promotions for teachers. The scientific unit will also follow up the preparation of scientific conferences and seminars.
 
 
 
Ninth: College Journal Unit
Receive the submitted researches to the College Journal and send them arbitrators and the issuance of the Journal of the College and follow-up printing, has issued since the beginning of the college Tasay magazine (16) sixteen of the Journal of the College,.
 
Tenth: Graduate Unit
This unit is interested in following up graduate studies and implementing the current regulations for postgraduate studies. It also monitors the progress of scientific studies and researches of postgraduate students. Eleventh: Registration and Student Affairs Division
This department is concerned with organizing students' affairs from the moment they are admitted to the college and accompanying them on the journey of seeking knowledge at the college. Twelfth: Division of Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation
