Publish a scientific article in Scopus container Q2

 Pursuant to the directives of the President  of University of Anbar (Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nida) on the necessity to move towards joint research with the faculties, two researchers from the Renewable Energy Research Center (Assistant Prof.  Amer Jamil - Head of Renewable Energy Technology Department and Assistant Prof. Wissam Hashem Khalil - Director of the Renewable Energy Research Center) published in cooperation With Assistant Prof. Waleed Mohammed Abed (Faculty of Engineering - Department of Mechanical Engineering), scientific article in an international Journal “International Journal of Heat and Technology”, within Scopes containers - second quarter Q2.

The article dealt with fluid flow patterns, convective properties, and heat transfer in a concentric annular cylinder. The research idea is used in many important practical applications in rotating electrical machinery and in oil and gas production, as well as in electrochemical equipment, tribology, hydraulic equipment and chemical reactors. The well-known commercial software ANSYS-Fluent was used to treat the governing equations of the research problem and to perform computational simulations. The Design-Expert 12 statistical program has also been optimized to predict the optimum design that leads to the best thermal performance for concentric cylinders.
