Administrative unit

The administrative unit is administratively associated with the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs and has the following functions:

1.              Holding and archiving electronically and electronically files of employees.

2.              To determine the needs of the faculty from the workforce in various jobs.

3.              Take various actions for employees.

4.              The work of the statistics of the faculty (teachers, staff, technicians and temporary contracts).

5.              Review the attendance and departure of staff in accordance with the rules determined by the College.

6.              Distribution of staff to the administrative units in the college after the approval of the Dean of the College.

7.              Inform the Administrative Assistant and then the Dean of the violations committed by the employees.

8.              Performing printing, drawing and imaging works.

9.              Outbound and incoming and archived (archive) in the appropriate form that facilitates the process of showing them when needed.

10.         Delivery and receipt of mail to and from the administrative units in the college after registration in the records assigned to it.

11.         Follow-up on the procedures taken for incoming correspondence.

12.         Appointment committees, allowances, promotions, quality assurance committees and any other committees assigned by the Dean.

13.         Any other work assigned by the Dean of the College.

 

Performance Appraisal Unit

The Unit is responsible for the following tasks:

1.     Evaluate performance in the college and do what is necessary to determine the level of performance and quality.

2.     Establish a database for all the activities of the college to enable the continuation of the development of the educational process.

3.     Assisting the College in carrying out the self-evaluation studies and preparing and preparing for the accreditation.

4.     Conduct and participate in field studies to match the outputs of education to the needs of the labor market and provide guidance on this aspect.

5.     Ensuring that the objectives of the college are achieved by taking appropriate measures to evaluate its programs and outputs with different measurement tools.

6.     Provide technical advice to the College in the development and implementation of quality assurance systems and accreditation.

7.     Establish the necessary procedures for the implementation of quality assurance standards, on the basis of which the College is satisfied with the requirements of quality and accreditation.

8.     Provide technical advice to the College in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and quality assurance.

9.     Preparing periodic reports on the activity of the unit and submitting them to the Division of Evaluation of University Performance and Accreditation at the University.

10.                        Preparation and planning to follow up the self-evaluation of the College's activities and various programs and follow-up implementation.

11.                        Compile the results of the self-assessment studies, analyze them, explain their pros and cons, and make the necessary proposals to develop and improve their performance.

12.                        Any other tasks assigned by the College to support the process of evaluation of university performance.

 

Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies Unit

The Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Studies Unit is administratively associated with the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Studies.

1.     Completion and follow-up work for scholarships and fellowships

2.     Completing and following up the work of seminars and conferences held by the college and other colleges inside and outside the university, government departments and other research centers.

3.     Completion of the planned, completed and published research system for the faculty.

4.     Completing and following up the work of research contracts for the teaching staff with the ministries and other state institutions.

5.     Follow up the work of the training courses held by the faculty departments and training courses for the teaching staff and staff of the college outside the college.

 

Marwa Aziz Aakul: the tasks assigned to it

1-       Follow up the work of educational guidance in the college

2-       To carry out and follow up the cultural relations between the college and other state institutions

3-       completion and follow-up work for external lecturers

4-       Follow-up to the quarterly position of chemicals

5-       Send circulars and follow up the answers of scientific departments

  

Laith Latif Hamed: The tasks entrusted to him

1-      Completion of the work of submission of students to graduate studies

2-      Completion of the work of acceptance of students in postgraduate studies

3-      Follow-up study of graduate students in the preparatory and research stages

4-      Completing the work of the discussion of graduate students from the evaluation and committees of discussion and discussion and graduated.

5-      Follow-up graduate studies outside the college and outside the country

 Legal unit

The Unit is responsible for the following tasks:

1-    Legal members of the Committee of Discipline of State Employees in the College.

2-    Legal members of the student discipline committee at the college.

3-    Representing the college legally in all courts and state departments.

4-    Provide legal advice to clarify the legal texts or to express a legal opinion on any matter concerned to any administrative unit in the college

5-    Completing all the minutes of the investigative committees and approving them.

6-    Supervising the organization of representations of the faculty and students.

7-    Supervising the organization of sponsorship for the faculty and students.

8-    Supervising the organization of all the commitments of teachers, staff and students.

9-    . Supervising the organization of all contracts for the college and follow-up implementation.

10-    . Receiving the mail of the legal unit and supplying it and following up on its completion.

11-    . Oversee all other legal matters of the College.

12-    . Any tasks assigned by the Dean.

 

Accounts Unit

The Administrative Accounts Unit is associated with the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs and has the following functions:

1-    Preparation and disbursement of salaries and disbursements to employees in the college.

2-    Participate in the annual inventory work in the college.

3-      Taking the procedures of buying and selling according to the financial regulations
