The study of the thesis aimed to identify and write a set of medical analyzes that help in identifying and defining ulcerative IBD without the use of operations or the use of endoscopes

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a common and widespread disease all over the world, including Iraq, where this disease causes severe pain in the intestines, twisting, vomiting, and diarrhea sometimes accompanied by blood, in addition to loss of appetite, weight loss, weakness and general weakness in the body.. and this The disease is similar in its symptoms to a group of diseases, as well as the symptoms of infection with some pathological parasites, including the parasite Giardia.. It is difficult to diagnose in patients except in the case of taking a biopsy of the intestine by endoscopy (endoscopy) inside the intestine, where this disease is divided into two types: Crohn's disease Disease) which affects all the intestines and causes ulcers in the intestines and bleeding..Crohn's disease affects all intestines and causes ulcers in the intestines and bleeding.. The second is ulcerative colitis and affects only the colon and causes ulcers and bleeding as well. Since the diagnosis of this disease is very difficult and requires great capabilities, as well as the means used in the diagnosis (endoscopy) is very painful for the patient. Therefore, the study of this thesis was in the development of new methods for detecting and diagnosing the disease with high accuracy, according to these analyzes that do not need a binoculars, but rather need to draw blood from the humeral vein..The results of the research revealed the discovery of cANCA, pANCA and IL17A,F analysis, as well as the study of genotyping and the study of some blood variables that were enough to know and diagnose the condition of patients without resorting to the endoscopy method to take a biopsy from the patient. The results were highly significant in excluding doubts in the diagnosis, including the exclusion of Parasitic infections.
